I'm LaCienda (LAH-SEE-EN-duh), but feel free to call me Cindy! I strive to keep life simple, but significant. In a nutshell, I'm an introverted homebody that's a little awkward and eclectic! I'm an avid user of affirmations, alliteration, and acronyms - I'm sure you've noticed it by now, lol. I'm also ambitious, so I work hard but I'm not about the hustle... it's simply not sustainable. 

My desire for more ease helped me shift from a state of superwoman syndrome to simple self-care. And because I'm so committed to living a life of leisure, I've become even more passionate about empowering other women of color to create a lifestyle prioritizing better health and happiness.
