I'm LaCienda (LAH-SEE-EN-duh), but feel free to call me Cindy! I strive to keep life simple, but significant. In a nutshell, I'm an introverted homebody that's a little eccentric and eclectic! I'm an avid user of affirmations, alliteration, and acronyms - I'm sure you've noticed it by now, lol. I'm also ambitious, so I work hard but I'm not about the hustle... it's simply not sustainable.
My desire for more ease inspired me to pursue wellness without the overwhelm. And because I'm so committed to embracing a leisurely lifestyle, I've become even more passionate about empowering women of color to create simple systems that prioritize better health and happiness.
