No special equipment is needed. I just recommend having a good internet connection for accessing the course materials and joining zoom coaching sessions.

Do I need any special equipment or materials for this program?

Absolutely. The nutritional aspect of this program is not about prescribing a specific diet, but rather teaching you how to make healthier food choices that suit your lifestyle and dietary needs. There is no set meal plan.

I have dietary restrictions. Can I still participate in the program?

You set the pace for success! Even after the program ends, you'll have access to the content. You can work through what you've learned at your own pace or sign up for more coaching.

What if I can't messing up during the program?

Coaching sessions are 45-60 minutes. The time you set aside to implement action steps and new habits is highly dependent on your health goals. However, this is a guided program and all sessions will be recorded for you to revisit at your convenience.

How much time do I need to commit each week?

 In addition to the normal Q&A sessions during our coaching calls, you'll have chat and email support from me to answer any questions. As your glowfriend, you can connect with me to share your progress, and find any additional support.

What kind of support can I expect throughout the program?

If, for any reason, you find that my coaching program is not meeting your expectations, within the first month, I offer a partial refund. Payment for service, beyond the $330 retainer, will be refunded.
